EWI successfully delivered the complete Enterprise IT Network Infrastructure, enabling seamless connectivity across all event zones and ensuring uninterrupted operations throughout the summit.

AWS Summit required a highly scalable and resilient network capable of supporting thousands of concurrent users across multiple operational zones.
Key challenges included:
• Supporting high-density Wi-Fi environments with thousands of connected devices.
• Delivering secure and segmented network access for different event operations.
• Maintaining zero downtime across critical registration and keynote areas.
• Supporting live broadcasting, demos, workshops, gaming platforms, and AI competitions.

• Helpdesk team supported with dedicated LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity for 50+ users.
• RainFocus AWS Registration System supported with 20 LAN systems and 300 Mbps bandwidth.
• Delegate Registration operated with 60 LAN systems, 200 Wi-Fi users, and 500 Mbps dedicated application bandwidth.
VVIP & Speaker Lounge
• Enterprise Wi-Fi supporting 200+ VVIPs and speakers.
• LAN connectivity provided for all conference podiums and AV broadcast consoles.
• Supported 300+ operations staff and VIP delegates.
