AWS Summit Bengaluru 2026 was a two-day event held at KTPO, Bengaluru, where industry leaders, developers, architects, startups, and technology enthusiasts came together to explore the future of cloud computing and AI.
This year’s summit showcased how organizations are leveraging Agentic AI, Generative AI, cloud-native architectures, serverless computing, data analytics, and modern infrastructure to drive innovation and business transformation. With over 150 technical and business sessions, hands-on workshops, customer success stories, and interactive demonstrations, the event offered valuable insights for both business leaders and technical practitioners.
Beyond the sessions, the event provided excellent networking opportunities through the AWS Village, Developer Community Zone, Startup Zone, and live product demonstrations, making the overall experience even more engaging and insightful.
02. THE CHALLENGE
AWS Summit required a highly scalable and resilient network capable of supporting thousands of concurrent users across multiple operational zones.
Key challenges included:
• Designed and implemented a high-density, multi-zone network architecture covering Registration, Keynote Halls, Breakout Tracks, Expo Zones, Lounges, Media, Developer Community, AI League, and Game Day areas.
• Deployed redundant symmetric primary & secondary internet circuits with seamless failover, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity.
•Established a core, distribution, and access layer network with VLAN segmentation for secure and optimized traffic management.
• Delivered enterprise-grade high-density Wi-Fi, optimized for heavy user concurrency and seamless roaming.

- Delivered uninterrupted network operations with zero downtime throughout the event.
- Successfully supported high-density concurrent user traffic across all event zones with consistent performance.
- Ensured seamless coordination between on-site field teams, Network Operations Center (NOC), and AWS stakeholders, enabling smooth end-to-end event execution.
- Maintained high network availability with proactive monitoring, rapid issue resolution, and effective failover mechanisms.
Registration & Helpdesk
Delivered end-to-end network infrastructure for AWS Official Registration , Delegate Registration, and Helpdesk Operations.
Deployed 80 LAN-connected systems (20 RainFocus + 60 Delegate Registration).
Provided enterprise Wi-Fi for 350+ users across registration and helpdesk teams.
Allocated 300 Mbps dedicated bandwidth for the RainFocus registration platform and 500 Mbps dedicated bandwidth for the delegate registration application server.
Provisioned 50 Mbps dedicated LAN connectivity for each helpdesk workstation, ensuring seamless real-time attendee support.
Ensured fast, reliable, and uninterrupted connectivity throughout the registration and support process.
VVIP and Speaker Longue :
- Enterprise Wifi for VVIP and Speakers of AWS Summit : 200+Users using Ruckus
- Environment and Reporting system
- Conference Lounge : Total 5 breakout session
- Lan connectivity for all 5 podium and all 5 AV
- Console for broadcasting 300 users operation team and VVIP delegate
Production Booths, Developer Lounge & GameDay / AI League
Delivered end-to-end network infrastructure across the Production Booths, Developer Lounge, and GameDay & AI League experience zones.
Provided 100 LAN connections for exhibition booths and an additional 100 dedicated LAN connections for gaming and AI competition zones.
Enabled enterprise Wi-Fi for 1,100+ users, supporting production teams, demo staff, developers, and participants.
Deployed 2 dedicated LAN connections for the Developer Lounge technical console.
Allocated 1 Gbps dedicated bandwidth for GameDay & AI League, ensuring uninterrupted, low-latency performance for gaming and AI applications throughout the 2-day event.
