02. THE CHALLENGE
AWS Summit required a highly scalable and resilient network capable of supporting thousands of concurrent users across multiple operational zones.
Key challenges included:
• Designed and implemented a high-density, multi-zone network architecture covering Registration, Keynote Halls, Breakout Tracks, Expo Zones, Lounges, Media, Developer Community, AI League, and Game Day areas.
• Deployed redundant symmetric primary & secondary internet circuits with seamless failover, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity.
•Established a core, distribution, and access layer network with VLAN segmentation for secure and optimized traffic management.
• Delivered enterprise-grade high-density Wi-Fi, optimized for heavy user concurrency and seamless roaming.

Registration & HELPDESK
- Helpdesk – part of regsitration 2 system we give them 50mbps dedicated lan to each user and wifi for helpdesk team 50 users this is after registration to help team for any issue
- Registration software of Rainfocus – AWS Official registration : only 20systems Lan 300mbps bandwidth and 100 users wifi
- Delegates Registration : 60 system LAN , 200 users wifi and dedicated bandwidth to registration application server 500mbps.
VVIP and Speaker Longue :
- Enterprise Wifi for VVIP and Speakers of AWS Summit : 200+Users using Ruckus
- Environment and Reporting system
- Conference Lounge : Total 5 breakout session
- Lan connectivity for all 5 podium and all 5 AV
- Console for broadcasting 300 users operation team and VVIP delegate
Production booth area Stalls :
- 100 booths Lan Connectivity , 500+ wi-fi users for production and demo booth team to showcase hands on experience to delegates
- Developer Lounge : 100 Wi-Fi users and 2 Lan in console – Supporting developers
- Game Day and AI League : 100 lan to each zone and 500+ Wi-Fi users , dedicated bandwidth of 1Gig
Gaming System Application was running for 2 days continuously with dedicated bandwidth on the system
