Project Overview

Yash Infosystems was engaged to design, deploy, and manage the complete networking and Wi-Fi infrastructure for GSC 2025, a multi-day technology conference held at KTPO, Bengaluru. The project required reliable, high-capacity internet connectivity across Hall A, Hall B, the registration area, and the operations zone, ensuring seamless digital access for attendees, speakers, and event organizers.

Key Challenges

1. High User Density: Managing large volumes of concurrent users across both halls without network congestion.
2. Streaming Requirements: Ensuring stable, low-latency connectivity in Hall A and the registration area to support live streaming and digital workflows.
3. Operational Reliability: Providing consistent and uninterrupted internet access for the operations and backend management teams throughout the event.
4. Venue-Wide Coverage: Maintaining uniform Wi-Fi performance across the KTPO venue with limited physical infrastructure.

Solution Delivered

1. Provisioned 250 Mbps dedicated internet bandwidth to meet peak usage demands.
2. Deployed a venue-wide Wi-Fi solution covering Hall A, Hall B, the registration area, and the operations zone.
3. Enabled streaming-ready connectivity for the registration area and Hall A.
4. Established a dedicated Wi-Fi zone in Hall B, optimized for attendee sessions and presentations.
5. Delivered end-to-end execution, including installation, configuration, real-time monitoring, and continuous on-ground technical support.
