UST Global D3CODE Event : Live Streaming Services for 1000+ Users & Bandwidth Allocation for 5000 Viewers - 17th October, 2024

Working with UST Global constantly for last 4 years , Yash Infosystems were engaged to deliver Wi-Fi setup for 1000+ UST Global employees, Live Streaming Setup and Wi-Fi for production, live streaming, Registration ounter, Stalls, VVIPs.Wi-Fi Network :Yash Infosystems expert team icluding Mr Paul , our Technical Manager accompanied by highly skilled and professional team installed Wi-Fi hardwares in a dense environment. We deployed core routers for 2 * 1 gbps internet connection of Separate ISPs for redundancy. Wi-Fi Acess points, switches were installed and five separate VLANS were created for Stalls Wi-Fi, VVIPs , Registartion Wi-Fi, Polling App for UST Global Employees, Streaming.Since internet and Wi-Fi was so vital for the whole event and with structured cabling, proper deployment of Wi-Fi access points and distribution of bandwidth we were part of success of the event.Yash Infosystems team were present onsite ensuring no downtime through the event.HD Streaming :Ensuring smooth streaming experience with private media player, we taken into account high bandwidth allocation for 5000 Viewers. We have provided customized user access with ADFS integration for authenticating 5000 UST global employee to watch the stream.Yash team worked very closely with Audio Visual team at the event enhancing steaming experience for live audience. We created branded splash page and setup authentication mechanism for HD Streaming setup. With the help of HD Streaming company was able to increase the reach of the event and without allowing any intruder to participate and watch the show.Yash Infosystems provided analytical report after the event to client thus assist them in measuring engagement.
