Project Overview:
Yash Infosystems was engaged to deliver end-to-end network and broadcast connectivity solutions for the Jio Hotstar South Slate Announcement 2025, a high-profile media event requiring stable, high-capacity internet and broadcast-grade network infrastructure. The setup was designed to support HD content delivery, live coordination, and production workflows without disruption.

Key Challenges:

  1. Broadcast-Critical Connectivity: Ensuring uninterrupted, low-latency connectivity for HD broadcasting and live event coordination.

  2. Multiple Dedicated Feeds: Requirement for several isolated, high-speed network drops to support parallel broadcast and production workflows.

  3. Reliability & Redundancy: Zero tolerance for downtime during a premium brand announcement event.

  4. Secure Production Network: Segregated and secure Wi-Fi access for production and operations teams.

Solutions Delivered:

  1. Deployed a 700 Mbps primary internet link to handle broadcast and production bandwidth demands.

  2. Implemented a 50 Mbps backup link to ensure redundancy and service continuity.

  3. Provisioned seven dedicated 100 Mbps wired network drops exclusively for HD broadcast systems.

  4. Enabled secure, access-controlled Wi-Fi for production and operations teams.

  5. Provided complete on-ground technical support, including live monitoring and rapid issue resolution.
