Connectivity Requirements
The event required reliable connectivity for three key areas:
- Registration Wi-Fi – Internet access for registration and check-in operations.
- Streaming Console LAN – Dedicated wired connectivity for the streaming console to support stable event streaming operations.
- Visitor Wi-Fi – Wi-Fi connectivity provided at visitor counters for convenient internet access.
Peak-Hour Bandwidth Support
4th September, 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM was identified as the expected peak visitor period, with a significant increase in connectivity demand anticipated.
To support this surge, 150 Mbps additional bandwidth was provisioned on customer request, providing enhanced network capacity during the critical peak-hour window.
