Shell Eco-marathon is a unique global programme, for science, technology, engineering and maths students to design and build ultra-energy-efficient cars. Event took place at the Shell Technology Centre Bangalore from November 19-22, 2019. Yash Infosystems provided 500mbps of dedicated Internet Bandwidth with 1800Mtrs Fiber Optic Cabling. We have provided Wifi for around 1000 users across 5 parts of the site. The services have been to IMAGINATION – UK based event agency. We have deployed large network within Technology Centre and our client had appreciated with a certificate for successful implementation.

The key elements of this solution included a high-speed 500 Mbps bandwidth circuit, ensuring lightning-fast internet access for all participants along with installation of wired Ethernet drops. Yash Infosystems went the extra mile by setting up a robust WiFi network for every gaming station and staff computers by configuring the Virtual LANs (VLANs) to cater to different areas of the event venue such as PCR rooms, Main stage, Streaming booth & Community booth.
