Temporary Internet Connection with HD Streaming setups and Wifi for ALC ’22 MAERSK

The event has conducted on 3rd Aug 2022 at Hilton hotel, Bangalore for ALC on the basis of “Living our purpose” on the theme of customer and leadership with the Keynote officer and Fire side chat support and have the award ceremony and cultural night with Gala dinner on first day of the event. Second day of the event has held on 4th Aug 2022 with the opening reflections of Day 1 and Reflections by panel discussion. We have setup 2500 Mtrs Fibre optic cable from the Base station to the Hub location setup at the Conference hall of Hilton Hotel, Bangalore. We have enabled the Live streaming session for audience engagement including the transitions to booths. We have installed high-density WiFi for 500 attendees in the panel discussion room and three breakout rooms. Multiple VLANs with wired ethernet drops for Audio Visual setup, video broadcast team, and network engineers. On-site network installation and IT support provided throughout the event.
